Transportation Form
To organize a shuttle service to and from the Marseille Provence airport (MRS) or the Aix-en-Provence TGV station for a boarding student, please fill out our transportation form.
Please fill in your child’s flight or train information as soon as you can, as well as any information you feel is important.
We will confirm a few days before the course that transportation will be provided. If you do not hear from us, please contact us to make sure we have all the information.
Before filling out the form, make sure you have all the flight / train information as well as your child(ren) passport / ID photo to upload.
IBS Camps Trousseau Essentials
Important: Please label all clothing and equipment with the student's name.
All students must bring:
✅ Reusable water bottle - Essential with summer temperatures (>30°C/86°F)
✅ Hat and sunglasses
✅ Personal sports equipment (tennis racket, swim goggles, football shoes...)
✅ Comfortable clothes and shoes
✅ Jacket or sweatshirt - For weather changes
✅ Appropriate swimsuit and sunscreen
✅ Pocket money - €20 to €40 per week for snacks and souvenirs
✅ School supplies - Notebook and pen minimum
Boarding students only (in addition to the items above):
✅ Clothes for at least 15 days
✅ Plenty of socks and underwear - Plan ahead!
✅ Pajamas
✅ 2 pairs of comfortable shoes - One spare pair
✅ Flip-flops
✅ Microfiber towel - Compact and quick-drying (no regular towels)
✅ Complete toiletry kit - Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant
✅ Backpack
✅ Medications - In original containers with prescription
✅ Contact lenses + spare glasses (if needed)
❌ Prohibited items:
Roller-blades, skateboards, heelys, drones, hoverboards, lighters, matches, cigarettes, drugs, weapons.
📱 To avoid:
Electronic devices (smartphone, computer, iPad, game console) are not mandatory. If brought, they must remain locked away to fully enjoy camp. Expensive jewelry and costly makeup products should be left at home.
